As a nutritionist, it’s really important to me that people are in touch with food. It enhances the body, heart, and mind!
That’s precisely the spirit behind the Nourish Event I put on a few years ago with chef Dana. We brought people together to talk about the health benefits of the mediterranean diet, fermented food, and wine. We also talked about the benefits of making your own food, and making it with nourishment in mind. It was a lovely evening with a warm and nurturing atmosphere centred around food!
It’s been a while since we’ve been able to enjoy gatherings such as this, but it’s still important to think about the way we eat and the intention behind our food.
