Ingredients
- 3 cups Medjool dates, pitted
- 4 scoops of your favorite protein*
- 1 ½ Dark Chocolate Chips (Camino brand suggested)
- 1 ½ cup of ground almonds
- 1 cup of coconut flakes
- ½ cup of warm water (if needed)

Instructions
- Place your dates in a bowl of hot water to soften them for 5-10 minutes. After softened, chop with a sharp knife prior to adding to mixture.
- Grind almonds in food processor and add to a mixing bowl.
- Add in protein powder, chocolate chips and mix.
- Add a little hot water gradually if mixture is too dry to bind together.
- Roll the mixture into 1 tsp size balls.
- Roll each ball in the coconut flakes.
- Store on the counter for 3-5 days, and after that store in the fridge or the freezer.
