Contest & Giveaway Policy

The Contest will run in conjunction with an article, advertorial and/or separately in their own posts on social media. It will run for a period of time indicated on each individual contest post.
In addition, the Contest will require participants to enter through the form(s) or method(s) indicated on the post. Facebook, Instagram, and WordPress are in no way associated with this giveaway.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by this policy and the decisions of the Sponsors and Administrators.
Giveaways are open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province/state. Radiate Wellness/”Company” employees or members of their immediate family/those residing in their households are not eligible. Radiate Wellness reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant.
The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
Winners are chosen by a random number generator. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Residents of Canada will be required to enter a skill-testing question to claim their prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other products or services.
Radiate Wellness will provide the winner’s shipping information to Company upon completion of the contest. “Company” providing prizes will be responsible for shipping/providing all prizes to winners within a reasonable time period.
Winners will be announced within 48 hours of draw time. Winners have 48 hours to reply to confirm their prize, unless otherwise noted on an individual contest post. Winners are announced through @RadiateWellness on applicable social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish the winner’s first name and last initial.
